The Ladder of Inference describes the thinking process that we go through, usually unconsciously, to get from a fact to a decision or action. The thinking stages can be seen as rungs on a ladder.
The Ladder of Inference tool will help you and your team to:

- Expand your field of vision around the possibilities of the future so that you make better maps and decisions in the present.
