The Global Foresight Advisory Council supports TFSX’s mission of ethically democratizing the future around the world. In addition to offering mentorship and guidance, the Council also serves as the accrediting body for The Futures School Professional Foresight Certification.

This international group of visionaries are redefining their industries, intrinsically guided by an innate futurist mindset. As multidisciplinary luminaries they are uniquely positioned to guide and expand this movement into the future with the right balance of practical experience and provocative thinking.

Darwin is a designpreneur working at the intersection of design, technology, and the arts.
A transdisciplinary design strategist and certified facilitator, he blends experience design, serious play, and strategic foresight to guides teams and organisations flourish amid uncertainty.
With 20 years in corporate digital marketing and technology across Asia Pacific, he has advised top MNCs and led regional initiatives. As founder of pxd labs, he drives creative transformation through workshops and innovation programs. A lifelong learner, Darwin’s practice is a mix of rigor, creativity, and play to his work – helping
teams find clarity, spark insight and drive meaningful change.

Senior Vice President, Outreach and CPA Education Foundation Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta – Canada
Gord is a senior leader with 30+ years experience in business, government, and the non-profit sector, often focused on finding clarity in times of change. His commitment to foresight and the critical role of education has always informed how he shapes the path forward. With a focus on people, collaboration, and the power of teams, Gord has led numerous large scale change initiatives, as well as the development of thought leadership in areas such as technology, sustainability, and the future of accounting in business and society. He has spoken across Canada and internationally on these emerging topics.
Gord holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Commerce, a Bachelor of Education, and has a Master of Education focused on leadership for organizational learning.

Futurist & Founder, Wandering the Future (WTF) – Netherlands
Cécile Cremer is a futurist who works with international leaders and organisations from that feel the pressure of what’s next, but don’t want another trend report.
She works internationally across corporate, public, and creative contexts, helping executives make sense of uncertainty and turn long-term futures thinking into choices they can actually act on today. Her work is practical, human, and deliberately provocative, always focused on what needs to change now, not someday.
Cécile founded Wandering the Future, where she develops and applies methods such as the Future Fluent Framework, The Future Forward program, and finetuned the Trend Evidence Wall. She believes the future is not an exclusive skill, but a shared responsibility.

Co-Owner and President, MacKenzie – USA
Jenny dreams in possibilites and is a passionate advocate and leader in the Family Business community. Jenny is the Co-Owner and President of MacKenzie Corporation, a second-generation family-owned business specializing in the Customer Insights space. Jenny and her twin sister also recently launched Next Gen Collaborative focused on empowering next generation family business leaders to find their voice and write their sequel. Being introduced to the Foresight community back in 2019, Jenny has now incorporated this into all her work to ensure that we are building better futures together.

Bülent Duagi works at the intersection of business, technology and organization, acting mainly as an Executive Adviser on Strategy and Foresight with CEOs in Tech, and as a Facilitator for Strategy Execution. His passion for helping companies address their most difficult and critical business and organizational challenges translated into a track record of 100+ strategic initiatives in 15+ years.
He is a cross-pollinator in the Romanian professional ecosystem, developing communities like Product Makers Romania, Leaders in Tech and others. Always exploring new fields and connecting the dots, he is also helping people stay relevant going forward.

Dr. Tiffany Polite partners with education, philanthropic, and social impact organizations to advance future-oriented strategies that drive transformation at scale. Her expertise in applied research, program design, and change management confronts inequities, examining how institutional practices reinforce or remove barriers to success for under-resourced communities. She helps leaders build capacity to design systems, processes, and policies that are intentional, adaptive, and built to improve outcomes using cultural intelligence and human-centered design. Tiffany earned her Ph.D. in Higher Education and Student Affairs from The Ohio State University. She is a Certified Strategic Foresight Practitioner and an Impact Philanthropy Advisor.

Foresight Practitioner & Programme Coordinator , South African Institute of International Affairs (SAIIA) – South Africa
Francois is a foresight practitioner whose career spans participatory research, strategic facilitation, and multi-stakeholder programme design across Africa and internationally. He has worked with governments, civil society, and global institutions in roles that include futures research, systemic innovation, learning design, and complex project coordination. His experience includes leading participatory foresight processes at the South African Institute of International Affairs, managing multi-country youth innovation and just-energy transition initiatives, and supporting global anticipatory work as a Futures Research Fellow with the UNDP Executive Strategy and Futures Team in New York. His futures interests centre on participatory, justice-oriented approaches to systemic transitions, with a focus on expanding futures literacy among communities historically excluded from decision-making. He is passionate about designing processes that help people collectively imagine and shape equitable energy, governance, and development futures.

Executive Director, Memética – Chile
Strategic consultant specializing in organizational evolution and futures. I support executive teams navigating uncertainty and adaptive challenges to make meaningful strategic decisions. Founder and CEO of Memética, leading foresight and transformation projects with 200+ organizations across Latin America. Co-founder of the Global South Futures Community, Latin American Futures Network, and the Future Lab at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. Author or co-author of books such as El futuro siempre presente and Los futuros que nos habitan, exploring cultural evolution, foresight, and art. Co-founder of ARTEFACTO, a creative futures studio, and electronic musician.

Health Futurist, Health Futurist Network – Switzerland
Mirkka is a health futurist, strategic foresight practitioner, and biomedical innovation expert with 20 years of experience in the global pharmaceutical industry. Her career spans digital transformation, innovation leadership, and strategic capability building, including her role as Head of an Innovation Think Tank, where she established and led foresight practices that shaped long-term strategy across global teams. With a background in clinical nutrition and biomedical research, she is kicking off the Health Futurist Network to collaborate globally to shape future health systems, responsible AI adoption, and advance emerging health technologies. A passionate advocate for human-centered, future-ready health, her work focuses on empowering leaders to navigate complexity and build the next horizon of health innovation.

Senior Manager, Integration + Strategy, External Affairs, Edward Jones – USA
Kelsey’s motto is “Let’s design better futures together” as she works to make financial services more accessible to more people. She leads External Affairs integration, strategy and innovation at Edward Jones, a Fortune 260 firm with more than 9 million clients and 20,000 financial advisors across North America. Kelsey previously led teams in Design Consulting, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and User Experience. She’s pursuing her Master’s in Business Innovation at Savannah College of Art & Design, where she’s led several innovation and design efforts for global and small companies alike, including Samsung Mobile and a coffeeshop in Atlanta’s historic Sweet Auburn neighborhood. Before joining Edward Jones as a news editor in 2011, Kelsey worked as a newspaper reporter and editor in St. Louis, Baltimore and Pittsburgh. She lives with her partner Pesach in Chicago, where they love dancing and watching movies.

Founder, The Futurista – UAE
Asma Yousuf Zainal is a futurist, researcher and global foresight voice whose work bridges strategy, culture and long-horizon thinking. Alongside her futures practice, she works within Dubai Government in a leading pre-hospital emergency institution, bringing a grounded systems perspective to her approach. As founder of The Futurista, she develops futures frameworks that enable institutions to move beyond short-term urgency toward informed and intentional decision making. Author of Foresight and Futures Design and contributor to peer-reviewed research in innovation and emerging technologies, Asma’s influence spans government systems, youth futures education and innovation ecosystems. She has received multiple local and international distinctions in futures thinking, entrepreneurship and educational innovation, including the Global Women of Influence Award in Futures Thinking 2025. She advances futures literacy as a globally relevant, culturally grounded and deeply human discipline.
