Guests of The Collective have the ability to create an account, complete a foresight leadership assessment and the related on-demand learning module, while also joining free monthly events.
Members of The Collective join for a 12-month period and enjoy all of the Guest benefits along with unlimited access to the full event multimedia library, the future-ready toolkit and interactive recipe guide, the instructor-led Dragonfly Journey Community of Practice & How to Thrive in Uncertain Times program, and access to collaborate with other futurist activists.
The Collective also includes a global group of Hosts who lead targeted learning, community building, and activist projects built from their trusted networks. Hosts are granted access to private discussion boards, customizable licensed content, facilitator guides, and TFSX coaching.
TFSX will consider individuals who are TFSX Alumni and/or Professional Foresight Certification designation holders. This ensures you have the foundational knowledge and experience to effectively facilitate foresight discussions.
Candidates must also already be in good standing of or purchase The Collective my.TFSX annual membership.
Pods are the focused groups of participants that Hosts curate and lead during the Challenge. These pods foster collaboration, idea-sharing, and deeper engagement based on their relationship with the Host.
TFSX will provide brand guidelines and assets for Hosts wishing to co-brand efforts; however, co-branding is not required. Hosts will be required to leverage their existing networks as TFSX will not directly market any Challenge.
Hosts will facilitate licensed turn-key, “30-Day Challenges” for their participant Pods with monetization opportunities. Thirty-Day Challenge course content is developed by TFSX and housed within the my.TFSX platform.
Thirty-day challenges are popular because they offer a manageable timeframe to build new habits, providing a sense of accomplishment and motivation by setting clear goals within a relatively short period, making it easier to stick to a new routine and potentially see initial positive changes, especially when shared on social media with others participating.
When registering for a Challenge, participants consent to receiving emails from TFSX and the Host related to the Challenge.
While Hosts may communicate directly with participants to provide additional information about the Challenge (i.e. webinar dates), Hosts are prohibited from sending unrelated messages. Hosts must provide an optional opt-in form for participants to agree to the receipt of additional communications from the Host.
Misuse of participant data will result in termination of the Host’s agreement.
Hosts pay a licensing fee, which covers access to TFSX content, resources, facilitation support, and expert coaching. As a Host, you will receive a share of the revenue generated from your 30-Day Challenge participants. The exact percentage will be outlined in the Host agreement.
All Challenge registration fees are standardized to $100/person. If you are a licensee under a white label agreement, there will be a flat fee for the full cohort and not a per person charge. Participant fees are non-refundable.
Hosts may conduct one Challenge at a time to ensure they are dedicating the proper amount of attention to marketing and participant care.
Hosts who run successful challenges will earn Professional Development Credits (PDC’s) that count toward recertification. Those seeking to advance along the certification pathway may be able to use their Host experience to meet certain eligibility requirements. Please message us at info@tfsx.com to discuss your professional goals with a TFSX colleague.
Yes, Hosts that successfully build their “pods” will be positioned to partner with TFSX for more lucrative in-person experiences and could be tapped to collaborate on client projects.
