We believe that the future is an experience for everyone to share. To reduce the financial hurdles individuals face to truly access the future, we have a nomination process to assess and provide tuition assistance to select learning events.
Before you get started, please review our nomination FAQs below.
Please Note:
We are seeking:
We will not consider those who have previously attended one of our programs.
No, you may not nominate yourself. We recommend that if you meet the characteristics of someone who would receive tuition assistance, you seek someone to put forth a nomination on your behalf. Your application will not be considered if you self-nominate. However, you may use this nomination letter template to ask a colleague to nominate you.
No, you do not need to be an alumni to nominate an individual. We will conduct a 30-minute conversation with each nominator so that we have a fair understanding of the nomination put forward and will use that knowledge to determine if the nominee qualifies for tuition assistance.
An important note is that only alumni (graduates of Foundations, Activations, or Transformations or certification holders) may nominate someone from within their organization. If you are not an alumni, you would need to nominate someone outside of your organization.
No. Nominators give up their opportunity to be nominated and considered for tuition assistance.
In order to provide tuition assistance to the most diverse group of individuals possible, we do not allow those who have received tuition assistance (or previous Year of Free Tuition opportunities) to then nominate someone else.
Family members (i.e., spouses, parents, children, etc.) may not nominate one another. Please consider someone outside of your family unit to submit a nomination on your behalf.
If your nominee has received tuition assistance from us in the past, they are not eligible for additional tuition assistance under this program.
You may nominate only one individual so we recommend putting forward the best candidate in your network who would benefit from this opportunity.
Nomination applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Once the nominator call takes place, we will reach out to the nominee to gather more information and determine the specific needs for tuition assistance.
After the nominator call, we will directly contact the nominee. The nominee will complete an application that dives deeper into their funding constraints and foresight milestones. You will be copied on this communication. Upon receipt of the application, we will conduct a 30-minute call with the nominee to determine program placement and tuition support.
We consider the nominee’s funding constraints, foresight milestones, and overall contribution of diverse perspectives and representation.
The nominee will complete an application that provides more information about their funding constraints and foresight milestones. If the person is selected for tuition assistance, we will schedule a 30-minute introductory call with the nominee and determine program placement. The nominee will then sign an agreement stating they will fully participate in the program.
No, you may not rescind your application to be considered for tuition assistance through this nomination process. The tuition assistance program is open only to new applicants. Current applicants and paid registrants are not eligible for nomination.
Nominees will be invited to a specific program. The tuition assistance offer will be non-transferable.
